Purpose and scope of evaluation: The purpose and scope of my evaluation is to share with the key project partners and donor the overall progress of the project and the impact of the project to the target group, as well as provide them with the accurate information about how the project’s money was spent. Through the evaluation i also want to learn more about any needs of the participants in spreading their new knowledge about HIV/AIDS in their schools and what could be changed to the training so that any possible future participants would be well equipped to spread the knowledge about HIV/AIDS. In addition through the evaluation i also want to provide recommendation to HIV/AIDS organization in Rwanda about how similar projects can be held through out the country and how high school students can be well taught about HIV/AIDS. More to that through the evaluation i also want to review what worked well and what did not so that i can improve my ability to design and run good projects.
Stakeholder involvement: the following people will be involved in the evaluation.

Project team members – The communications coordinator will receive any information about the participant’s initiatives to raise awareness in their schools and visit them, plus reporting to the project manager after seeing what has been done. The project manager will manage the evaluation and write a final report two months after the projects’ completion.
A headmaster of on of the participants – when the participants start taking initiatives to raise awareness in their schools, the communications coordinator will inquire from one of the participants’ headmaster to know how they are impacting their schools.
Partners and funders – The partners and funders will provide guidance about what they expect and in the evaluation. They can also provide a formal format for writing the evaluation report. They will read the final evaluation report and can give feedback/ask questions.
